3. Send us your order confirmation

Send us your order confirmation. Please note that without an order confirmation we cannot refund the money.

4. Answer our short questionaire

We will send you a questionaire with 5 questions for the selected product.

5. Get your money back

We will refund you the full purchase price via PayPal within 7-14 days after we received the filled questionaire.
