Turmeric

Ayurveda calls turmeric the "Golden Goddess". Turmeric is one of the most recommended herbs amongst Ayurvedic practitioners, herbalists & doctors for supporting digestive health. It is considered tridoshic, meaning that it is good for all doshas. It aids in indigestion, reduces excess heat that can accumulate in the digestive tract (which can lead to heartburn, GERD and diarrhea) & also clears ama or toxins in the digestive system.
